There are several steps on being Powerful. Here are some ways you can be Powerful and destroy everything in sight.
1. Acquire the Tri-force of courage.
2. Gather all seven Chaos Emeralds.
3. Defeat any of Dr. Wily's robots.
4. Explore the Mushroom Kingdom and get a powerup/shroom.
