I'm trying to obtain a Book of Dark Rituals which is a rare enough drop from a rare enemy. The only place that comes to mind is Scarlet Fortress, but even then I'm not so sure I'd even be able to find one. Undead stratums are also another good option, but I don't think that they would have as much Spookats.
So SK, know of any good places to find/farm them?

During the event that is no longer happening, they could be found in place of any kat. Therefore candlestick keep was popular therefore the T3 missions that started with candlestick keep were popular.

To farm Black Kats, you'd have to go back in time. They appeared only during a promotional event, which is no longer going on. Perhaps it will return in the future; we don't know.
By the way, you can answer questions like this for yourself, by finding the monster on the wiki (here) and reading its Locations.
