I am having problems opening the Auction House, and I am not sure if this is because of my OS or because of the client. When I click on the AH, it does not open and my character freezes. I can not move and nothing happens. The only way I can get out of this situation is to switch havens, but even then, on a different haven, the AH does not open.
Please assist me.
My Macbook pro is working just fine with the update, what are you running the game on?
March, i had similar problems on windows 7, was todo with java, unsure of how mac works,but this might be enough info for you to offer another idea.
if mac runs java the same as windows, refer to the thread in bug reports titled ""Spiral Knights closing whenever I click Auction House"" to see how i fixed the prob with info from a GM(poseidon)
It might just work, however, there is a possibility that the java is now too old to support the game? I know that there was an update kind of recently for mac.
I have the same problem. Running MBP2007 on OSX 10.5.8
Mac's Java automatically updates with software update and i just double checked and mine is current so the problem is something else.
We're aware of this problem, and we should be getting a fix out tomorrow (5/18).
I am not a smart person with computers at all I am pretty much a slow-kid with computers (My knowledge stops after HTML coding and I dont know a lot about Ram and stuff like that), but I noticed the people who have problems on mac's have an older version (Operating system) they may not have snow leopard since it works fine on both my mac's.
I dont know if that will help you guys or you already have a solution just out of the coffee to fuel yourself lol.
You're right. I'm positive that's the issue as it's all Leopard 10.5.8 that is not able to access the AH.
=) Now I will take this accomplishment of being right and show the mighty Dogrock (he knows all about computers and be like Dog look I DID SOMETHING related to computers)....
In other news yes, I would not worry these dev's are good at fixing bug related problems like this they fixed the whole mac problem in about 30 minutes =).

Same here. Also on Mac OS.
