Did Drakon get a buff ?

So today I have been playing with a friend, and I inspected his Drakon.
I noticed that his drakon had a lower cooldown timer then any friends of mine with a drakon and it has lower cooldown timer then all the other sprites.
His 1 abilitie is 12 seconds and second was 32 seconds, Mine maskeriath is 16 and 40. He uses the same elite harness as I do his sprite is 97 and mines is 100 and yet his cooldown timer is lower then mines.
And yes I used all the skillpoints. I don't how that is possible ?
Did 3 Rings either buff drakon, or is there a special way to do this.

Can I sit down? The sky keeps swirling around.

Maybe because Drakon has the lowest cooldowns among all three pets?

My Drakon has those cool downs. Drakons have the lowest cool downs to start with, and more "advanced" (aka expensive) harnesses give cool down reduction bonuses

Drakon's Fire Barrier doesn't last as long as Maskeraith's Shadow Cloak.
