I'm stuck on Hall of Heroes for 4* certification. I have 2 4* items already. Elite Orbs of Alchemy need to have a better spawn rate for us advancing T2 players. They're expensive for us mid tier players, so buying them isn't too good of an option, and finding them is ridiculously tedious and hard. I barely got any Elite orbs from the Rank Rewards. In my main account however, got a lot more since he's T3. I would like to trade them over, but obviously they're bound and it would be considered "cheating" if it were allowed.
