...obviously I'm joking but really unless you do something like that, you're not really quitting. It doesn't have to be to me, it could be to some actual new player who still believes in the game even if you don't. Might as well let it cycle in the economy, there's no refunds and if you never log on again there's no "holding on to for memories" thing.

Not dumping things /=/ not quitting
Dumping crap to newbies won't cycle the economy. In fact, if people quit who have a lot, or even a little, energy stored... it would possibly hasten the death of the game (depending on how much energy stored is lost that way, the CE circulation could drop quite a lot). Which, for the people who hate the patch, would probably be the best thing. Being magnanimous in a way that is contrary to your goals is not a good idea.

What the hell. I might ship you some stuff too. I think I'll just send you crowns and mats, though (and I don't think I have a ton of either stored up). May as well help deflate the crown further, it might bury this game.
If you want the game to be hurt more, giving out crowns but no energy will deflate them even faster, which is the main reason it's going to be unplayable for people who aren't already T3.

I'm giving the game a month
I'm giving the game a month while I take a break. If at least one of the changes in this patch hasn't been reverted (massive energy hike, bound items stay bound when crafting), I'll gladly give my stuff away to whomever wants it. I've got a few items still unbound and a sizable amount of materials, plus a modest CE store (which would have been enough for the equipment I was looking to make, but now...)

I can no longer craft the things people bought me the recipes for and I am stuck with partly made items which would have gone to them. I have nowhere near enough crowns/CE to help them catch up again.
I don't want to quit, but I need a way to help pay them back if I don't so... any of those really quitting, feel free to send anything my way.
(I can dream? I actually think people would be smarter to hold onto their things for a while and see what happens)

Im not giving you my stuff....
But i am definately quitting. i dont see why you'd want anything but CR or CE anyway. practically everything in game in worthless because of price undercutting in the auction house. have fun trying to sell your good for practically nothing. free-to-players wont be playing this game anymore. its been broken to the point of no fun/no return. have fun grinding ^ ^

It's not the inability to adventure. Nothing has changed in that respect. It's the inability to make high level gear for friends and the drastically increased energy costs for this crafting that's the problem. 100 ME does significantly less now to blunt the crafting cost.

MOTARCAT I FOUND YOU. GAH I HATE FORUM NAMES THIS IS NOT ANYTHING RELATED TO THE NAME I KNOW YOU AS LOL..I don't think I ended up with a plasma cell but I do have more of the lesser materials now so I won't hate on being asked for a freebie 3 star and below, some four stars too. I haven't quite gotten the hang of AH yet so I've declined to dump them there.
