My bro got one on his FIRST TRY.
It contained around 50 Shining fire crystals, 5 sparks of life, *something else* (I think it might've been some Orbs of Alchemy), and a 2-variant ticket.

I got one.
It was a shining forge box, gotten through heating a four-star bomb. It contained 25 Shining fire crystals, 8 sparks of life, 1 Elite Orb of Alchemy, and a 1-star variant ticket. They're certainly worth suffering through the new heating system, in my opinion. Just keep forging and you'll eventually get one. Hope this helps.

3-Variant ticket!?
That seems really lucky to me. I was just happy to get a 1-variant ticket, but that's like getting a free 225,000 crowns. And people complain about the new heat system.

Ive never gotten a box ,....BUT.....Ive never gotten a failed forge yet, i think ive forged about 25-30 times, no fail yet. :)

I've gotten 3 so far
I've gotten 3 so far while leveling up 5* gear (none on 4* or lower yet, though I know they exist). Each Radiant Forge Prize Box contained 50 Radiant Fire Crystals, I think it was 15 Sparks of Life, an Eternal Orb of Alchemy, and a variant ticket. Two of my boxes had a 2-Variant Ticket, the other had a 1-Variant Ticket.
I should mention that I've leveled three or four 5* items from level 1 to level 10 since the update, and two or three 4* items, using the maximum amount of fire crystals every time. Most of the time, I get no bonuses at all, though one time I did get a double level-up and a forge prize box at once.
