Anyway, Addy is right. The battle sprite update was huge and there is bound to be a few bugs with updates as big as that.

I had just completed a shadow lair boss before the timer went off, it only gave 3 tokens instead of 6. So its a bugfix, i dont see why they havent sent out a mail to everyone explaining for the patch, they probably will 10 minutes before or after the patch initiates, though.

Hourly? How are we supposed to play the game if updates were happening by the hour...
I mean come on, the reboot warning is 90 minutes. One and a half-hour.
Daily is a better word. /geekiness
On a serious note though, what Addy said.
Huge update -> lots of content -> lots of bugs and tweaks -> breaking stuff is easily done.
The latest patch had a few issues (Jelly King only giving one token, Basil not having any recipes, etc) so they are likely rolling out a quick fix for that.
