Full mercurial or mercurial demo set gives movement speed increase medium. Your sprite can get an msi medium perk.
Do the math.

I'm looking forward to it. as long as I've already seen fehz with MSI high (merc demo+swift stepsI). for now I only have 1 piece of mercurial. helm, because I needed a piercing helm.

In the clockworks, I dodge projectiles with no effort (provided the game's not lagging from collective bombspam and sprite abilities).
In Lockdown, I can Gran Faust people in the face before the deathmark warning appears.
It also just feels good. I feel free! Free like the bird in the wind! I'm never changing my armour and perk for clockworks again.

Msi medium felt awesome in LD. No dmg bonus, asi medium, flourish only and bam 25-35k each game. Excited to get that perk. Will craft another merc set immediately. Oh wait, heating is gonna stab my anus..

I tried it out while the test
I tried it out while the test server was open and I quite like it. It was kinda crazy how much of a difference it made.
Currently, I've only got Swift Steps Low but I should hopefully be getting a Medium soon.

Don't forget Black Kat Cowl; that also gives MSI Low. Granted, not everyone has one, and it's currently unavailable except from other players, but it's an option.
I'd like to run around with MSI VH, but that would mean I'd have to lose the bonuses from my Chaos Cloak, so I'll just stick with MSI High. :(

With Swift Steps 1 and Black Kat COwl I finally managed to get MSI med and it felt a bit disappointing to how much people were hyping it but MSI very high or at least high should be a bigger change!
I dont want to make a mercurial armor and my sprite is still a good 50 levels before swift steps 2, thou..

There is no level in particular. You may have to 'level up' your sprite many times past level 100.

Yes I've tried it. Try mixing it with a sprite skill which speeds you up. It feels like Striker Dashing. :o

The whole timing was a nightmare to get right. When I tried to start at the same time as the others, I pretty much ended up with a giant head start and didn't see the others for most the run.
I decided to let the rest of the group get a head start so you could observe me zooming past them, instead.

Irontech, Big Angry and Vortexes almost feel like charging regular bombs without MSI.
ZOOOOOM!
No more sluggish Sudaruska charging, and charging my Iron Slug/Graviton isn't so painful now.
