Is anyone else wondering when this is coming back?

Is it going to be an annual event?
Is it going to be completely at the whim of OOO?
Is it going to be like the second DLC mission?

Inquiring knights want to know!

A year event, maybe?

I think it'd be a good yearly event, makes all the current kat hats more valuable, at least. Thou I do hope it to repeat every 6 months or so.

there is no known inforamtion about when, how or why black kats will return. they will probably return to test the new elevators though.
