How to finish first terminal mission?

Hey guys I'm new here and I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how to do the first terminal mission. I've been to the 1st pier in the arcade and completed it, but it says I haven't completed the mission. Could anyone tell me what I forgot to do?

If you're trying to complete
If you're trying to complete that objective thing, talk to the guy near the alchemy machine in the arcade. He should tell you what to do next, as well as finish that part of the mission.
