I honestly don't know why everyone is freaking out about this. Its a decent way to attract new players while not making the current players mad (You can also unbind the ignition set and spitfire by sending CE from main to the aeria SK account and then send the unbinded stuff back to main).

EDIT: Found the answer.
The Spitfire is part of the Ignition set, and isn't up on the main Armor section, but it came up when I searched it.
Basically it's a freebie that gets given out when you sign up with Aeria Games.
(Apparently all the items can also be unbound, although I'm not sure of the truth of that.)

Are they mission rewards or something? I'd like to know too, I haven't played in 3 months and am catching up.
I guess it's mission complete for OOO. A weapon that attracts new players, but can't be upgraded past T1 anyways.
