Hello, I have just reinstalled the game recently and have been crashing with an error message that says

anyone know how to fix this?
the crashing happens about 5 minutes after i start the game. I cant play it anymore.
I am running windows xp professional (5.1, build 2600)
processor: (2cpus) Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20 GHz
2046MB RAM
plenty of hard drive space
DirectX Version 9
java up to date
I have been attempting to update the microsoft visual C++ libraries but that doesn't help, maybe i am doing it wrong.
i have uninstalled and reinstalled java and the game more then once in different orders.
I would love to keep playing but if this continues i will have to quit.
