A video won't do much when all you have to do is press 3 keys fast.

I think to gain a faster alchemer - you have assigned keys for the wep slot with the two alchemers (i think the default are the buttons 6 to 9)
shoot, shield, switch, change, shoot, shield, change etc
example (provided two guns are assigned to the first and second slot)
right click, left click, press 7, right click, left click, press 6
eventually you get used to it + probably best to change the default switching keys

best thing to do is
Start off slowly and once you can do it flawlessly then you can start to build up your speed gradually. You don't need to use assigned buttons for switching, I use scroll wheel with weapon next/last to switch and it works fine. Only when you reach a high speed of switching will you need to use assigned keys or look for more attack speed on your guns.
This is what I do:
left click (shoot)
right mouse down (shield on)
scroll up (next weapon)
right mouse up (shield off)
left click (shoot)
right mouse down (shield on)
scroll down (next weapon)
right mouse up (shield off)
Not saying that's the best way to do it, but it works for me and uses less buttons and feels good. I could even shoot faster this way but my fingers aren't up to the challenge most of the time.
Shoot. Shield. Press a key-bound button to switch to your other alchemer. Shoot. Shield. Switch back with another key-bound button. Rinse and repeat.
