Ok this might be a stupid small none effective suggestions but....
why do we get to see what we have collected and out party members if we don't have enough time to view them???
what if we get to chose when to leave instead of having a timer???

There is plenty of time to view your rewards, unless you're playing on a really low resolution and can only see one item at a time or something.
The time-out used to be 60 seconds at the end of a mission, but a lot of people didn't know how to quit beforehand with the (X), (but that's fixed now with the Advance Now button) and also you still can't tell if someone has advanced or not, so you could waste time trying to talk to someone who has already left. An indicator would need to be added to display what party members are still with you.
