You cant compare BN skills to LD skills.
Its like comparing cycling skills with Chess skills

BN has both team and ffa matches. LD has only team matches.
Team matches has more winners.

I think what OP asking is which game depends more on skills, rather than being skilled in which game makes you a better player.
1- In BN, you may come to an agreement with other players and tie, so everyone gets the mask. Even if someone is against it, if the majority is in favor it is not hard to balance the score -unless f4a-.
Even if they say no tie, it is not impossible. Play well and you will eventually have a chance.
In LD, tying is not an option and max people can get the mask is 6, which is 8 for BN.
Don't forget to put at least 9 bombs, tie or not.
2- LD depends mostly on gear, then skill, then connection. BN depends mostly on skill, then connection.
Connection is a requirement for both, however, you can do fairly well if you are skilled, even if you have high ping numbers.
Its spelled "Which".
And Blast Network is best for both.
