I remember seeing a gremlin holding a spark of life, of course, they are smart enough to revive themselves before it was cool. until they changed the name to storm chaser... poor gremlins.
Apparently drops are bugged like hell, in direct contradiction to the patch notes:
"- 2 star materials and higher now only drop from a specific monster family."
The monster types are labeled as families. Construct family, beast family, and on. Maybe it's a coincidence, or maybe not.

I got 2 trojan horseshoes on a jelly run from just the silkwings alone. I liked how trojan horseshoes had a rarity to it. gives them a good price on the auction house. now materials pretty much sell depending on their star value
The jellies plant the wood and then it grows into a lumber which protects them. How do you think those guys showed up in the jelly palace?
