Whenever i change the resolution the window get closed.

WIN+R -> regedit ->

WIN+R -> regedit -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Javasoft\Prefs\projectx
Here you have to find "display_mode" and change it. It's better to save somewhere previous value.
