1. It throws me around the battle field.
2. It doesn't have good damage.
3. The third swing doesn't seem to interrupt attacks.
4. Normal Damage.
5. Worse than a gun.
6. A little worse than the cutter line.

It's fun not useful. But OOO really should fix the Winmillion. Mostly because you don't win millions with it. Maybe make it stronger or make a 5* version.
Here's the problem with Winmillion:
It's basically a 3-swing combo, slower hunting blade where the ghost blades are projectiles. The utility for this is questionable but the charge attack is kind of neat.
I think it's a good sword for devilites and greavers.
The Winmillion murders Gremlins. It's like it was specifically designed for killing them. I believe that so strongly that I sold my lvl 10 Winmillion to acquire a grem:vhigh Spur.
Hey at least winmillion qualifies for tier 3. But it's a gimmick weapon, like the Wrench Wand and Firecracker, albeit stronger.
It looks cool and fires blue energy bolts everywhere. What more do you need?

Back in my day the RSS was the final bomb in the Crystal Bomb line!... And it was better than this new fangled five star junk we have now! Oh, and the primary function was for killing Zombies, not beasts or gremlins. But man, what that bomb could do... If you young'ns ever wonder why the vendor in the Fire Storm Citadel mission sells that bomb, it's because it was all we needed.

I always thought the Winmillion was meant to be used as a 5* 4-slot bomber's sidearm. Because 3 bombs would pretty much do the trick for anything if you had enough possible variety.
It gets through stone blocks or minerals fast, and since the advent of the RSS nerf, it's also ranged for switches and stuff.
Its a sword, but it gives you greater control over your environment. That is how I've been using it.
In Lockdown, if you can run around and avoid opponents, its great for sniping little bits of damage. In addition to potentially stun locking/combo cancelling them, and pissing them off hugely.
But it does next to no damage there, makes a good complement with DVS though (Stun lock all day evry' day).
Some people just use it for fun in PVE

As far as I'm concerned it has one beautiful use and only one alone:
It's a vogdamn sword that doesn't break my angelic aura like every single other sword... Why does OOO insist on making swords party killer weapons? <_<
Question is: Will be sometime, a remake of it ? (like shard bombs) or even a 5* version?.

I mean, everybody that is an oldplayer wants the 5* Winmillion in the game or even some change on it right ? Why not make it, since it's an awesome weapon ? ? ? !.
Also, was there a 4* item in the past that they made a 5* version ?

You can use it everywhere, but it isn't the best in anything. I have reached endgame with it and I think it need a 5-star version.
It deserves a buff like the deconstructor. Maybe something like arc typhoon, winfinity, blizzard or something like that.
The Winmillion's purpose is to distract people from complaining about all the other broken/useless weapons in SK, and instead focus on it.
In all seriousness, I don't think the Winmillion has an intended function. It's a unique weapon that OOO released just for fun and to see what we'll do with it.
It's a good match with cautery sword. You'll grow a moustache by wearing both long enough.
