This just popped into my head when i was looking up ways to hunt down Crimsonite, when i read
"Small pieces of Crimsonite called Red Shards are used in crafting."
same for all the other minerals.

so i was thinking, maybe reducing the cost of mineral needed for pet food.
and add an option to use Shards, but at a higher cost.

Just a suggestion i think would be nice o3o

This idea is really great.

This idea is really great. But I have 1 issue. Red shards are rarer than yellow and purple so it would be an unfair advantage

My alt has 49 red, 74 light, 51 green, 41 blue, but only 31 dark. Though it is ttrue that red shards drop from less monsters, people tend to stay away from those Fiend/Undead areas like Dark City, Devillish Drudgery, etc.
