The title says it all.
For example, does wearing full Skolver and a Barbarous Thorn Shield (which adds to Maximum!) while having the Deadly Slash perk on make my damage output even higher?
Do Sprite perks go past "Maximum!"?

I tried Valkyrie Mail +
I tried Valkyrie Mail + Divine Veil + Fiend High perk
I still do Max only

No. It never goes past Maximum.
If you haven't already tried it with Full Skolver, Barbarous Thorn Shield and a Slash module already.
