So i recently purchased the Starter Pack on Steam SK.When do i receive the items that come along with it,besides the Energy?I received the Energy first but do i have to wait (insert time here) in order to get them?

This may be the problem.
Starter packs are awarded only to the first knight who logs in after it has been purchased or received if it was gifted from someone who purchased a Party pack.

You should go check your
You should go check your Steam in game transaction history to check if it's really starter pack
Or maybe you're not a "trusted account" on Steam yet?
There's a policy like you have to make successful
transactions to become a trusted account for 30 days and so
all your items will be instantly delivered and tradable, even before the transaction is completely verified.
This is most noticeable when buying stuff in TF2
Not trusted account: 3 days waiting before item become tradable
Trusted account: instantly tradable
Edit: I bought starter pack one week ago, my account is trusted and it only took like 3 minutes

So I need to read the ToS of Steam again? lolz
I remember it's like whenever you make a successful transaction, your account is trusted and all item you buy during that time will be usable and tradable instantly
I'm not very sure what they do if you use Steam Wallet Card but I'm sure they do something like that if credit cards are involved in the transaction.
If you're using credit card and the transaction somehow failed to be verified, your "purchased " items/games will be taken away immediately (obviously), but this is unlikely be your case if your CE is still in your pocket
I guess you can double check your inventory if you already got em... otherwise, just go send a mail to gm..
Edit: mine says Starter Pack crystal energy

Be patient. It's not like they have only your issue to deal with. They'll get to it and will most likely resolve it. They did it when some of my items got lost by the snipes a couple years ago.
