Comparing difficulty

Hello forum readers, I've been wondering for a while something regarding difficulties. What was the difficulty that we used to play before their addition?

Another thing that makes me curious is how much HP monsters gain while changing difficulties? (This is my theory while regarding another game with party-members/difficulty hp boost i.e killing floor). I think at normal while soloing monsters have hp for 1 man party, at advanced, they may have the hp of a 2 ppl party and so on (Again, not pretty sure, if you guys know how this actually work I would really appreaciate It, and if you have data about vana HP on elite It would be great too.

Advanced.

Monsters have 66% health on Normal, 150% health on Elite.

Those are quite the gaps. If I'm not mistaken their attack power changes too, and while it's not that big a deal when you just learn to dodge attacks, it does make a bit of difference in large mobs. Still, elite should pull some kind of BS like Mender attacks or that thing where monsters used to be able to rotate while telegraphing attacks.

So since Vana (while solo)

So since Vana (while solo) has 45 k hp, in elite he has the enourmous ammount of 67 ish k? wow thanks a lot, he has the HP of an old-3 man party.

Oh another question, you said they have 150% on elite, so monsters's base hp is 150 % and gain 33% for every party member? So with 4 guys It would be 199% (party members hp boost on monster) + 150% (difficulty)

I think it's...

Health = ((Difficulty + 1) ÷ 3) x ((Knights + 2) ÷ 3)
or H = (DK + 2D + K + 2) ÷ 9
Where Normal = 1, Advanced = 2 and Elite = 3.

Normal:
1 Knight: 66%
2 Knight: 87%
3 Knight: 111%
4 Knight: 133%

Advanced:
1 Knight: 100%
2 Knight: 133%
3 Knight: 166%
4 Knight: 200%

Elite:
1 Knight: 150%
2 Knight: 200%
3 Knight: 250%
4 Knight: 300%

You mean when enemies were difficult? Honestly, nowadays you can walk into a wolver den with only a spine bomb and never get touched, without moving an inch.
