Forge prize box contents?

So, spiral knights has been very kind towards me and gave a shining forge prize box (took a lot of 100% forges but i'm still thankful)
Now I can either sell it for a really nice amount of cr that will sure make getting some stuff i'm interested in easy, or open it like everyone begged me to. So anyway, does anyone know what can be found inside a shining forge prize box? (and how much from each) i'd be thankful if you could refer me to topics that already discuss this.

Yeah I guess that's what i'll do, it's indeed rare to get from forge and i've done a lot 100% forges
