I have been gone from the game for years. But I was playing during beta, and about 2 years after that, then for some reason I got tired of only getting to play 1 hour per day, due to the energy system.
Then I read about the new revamped energy system and I instantly downloaded the game to come back!
I love what I saw, I can play 24/7 if I so desire (which I don't as I have a life outside my computer).
And that everyone gets his own loot was great too! but that was only great for a while. You se, here is my problem with it.
I often used to split my group (when playing with friends) at branching paths, or when there is a key one player goes to get it, to save time.
That is not a good tactic anymore. Why? Becouse, if the key fetcher kills anything, the rest of the party has to go over there to get the loot, or simply leave it, as it is tedious!
Branching paths? Same there, even if we split up, we all have to go EVERYWHERE to get everything.
Before when someone killed somthing or opened a box, everyone got what one player picked up (exept for materials, which was given to a random player)
There was no running around like crazy to grab loot from places other players have cleared out.
Usualy it was: kill -> grab loot -> move on.
Now it is: Kill -> grab loot -> run over to where player 2 been -> grab loot -> run over to where player 3 been -> grab loot -> run over to where player 4 been -> grab loot -> move on.
It is tedious as hell!
I love the idea that everyone gets his own loot, but it is executed so badly!!
Please fix this!
Usually separating is never a good idea anyways. So that's your team's fault. Especially on Elite. That is all.
