Lag was an implemented feature with our latest update. They just forgot to list it.
To be honest, option 1 seems the best one to me. A game should be able to provide decent servers to players.

erm, you know, we in the EU server won't be happy if you upgrade onlt the US server. besides, we all have lag issues, so it's better do something.
one last thing: you don't simply move a server.

Agreed.

Well, as Asian(admitted), I prefer a connected-to-main-server kind of Asian Server, that will probably complement both Asia and Australia if stated in a place in which it can reach both of said continents.

...

Not persuasive enough, honestly speaking.

It tells me how many people tried and used to pinpoint this issue, months ago.

There will be always few people to object ye from getting this done, specifically from the players who have no problem against it. Sure, it might be Three Rings's end, and in history, they said it was at our's.

Forgive me if it sounded as if I am at the bad side of this thread, but good luck petitating for the best of ye needs.

D'oh!

the amount of investment it takes to upgrade or move a server is more than you think. A simple petition won't be enough.

For a change like this to happen, OOO would need to see a massive sale increase, enough to not only pay for a server upgrade, but continue to pay to maintain it.

As for moving a server, just "moving" it isn't so simple, they can't just "move" it. If they own their own server, it would require them to open a whole new office with a whole new set of staff in the middle of the US (not cheap), Or, Purchase a whole new server from a provider to maintain it for them (Odds are their servers are not their own, they more likely pay for a host like most games do).

No matter how you look at it, it isn't cheap and your petition although looks good on paper will not nearly be enough to do so.

If you really want to see these improvements, then SK needs to raise more money. I am positive server upgrades are on their checklist should the income allow it.
