I'm working on heating all my 1* weapons in case a game of T1 lockdown ever starts/to get rid of all the extra cracked fire crystals in my inventory, and I'm trying to figure out what armor to wear. I'm think either Circuit Breaker set (because everyone has a zapper and static edge, and to block rocket hammers), Cyclops and Fencing jacket for the damage boosts. Any comments?

Firecracker will get you anywhar... Proto bombs are awesome too...
static edge with ASI is something that can break people too, just proc 'em and then fire away.
hammers in t1 are just bad for fun business.

Forget fencing jacket
In t1 ld, damage is so negligible that the extra damage bonus is worthless. I go full circuit breaker set, yet I out damage someone who does have a fencing jacket. Hammer is key to high damage. If you want fun times, use a bomb as a recon or go guardian.

Get a level 100 pet. Pet perks work across all tiers of LD, as far as I know.
Say hi to +6 health in tier 1..

Go guardian, use your asi high hatchet, wear some heart pendants and a breaker set, congrats, you will never die

You SHOULD have the FMoS, PRH, and the (1 or 2) ASI High Zapper(s). Then use an Emberbreaker with Freeze low/med and two 1* pentas. SSG isn't a bad idea, either.
Just equip a Fencing Jacket, helm of choice, the 1* hammer, enable AT, slap on a blindfold and bind every key on your keyboard to attack. Drop your face like it's hot.
For a more serious answer, the 1* Seerus mask has good resistances and the hammer is good, too. Cyclops cap or Fencing Jacket is pretty goodie. Other viable pieces, breaker pieces aside, is Vitasuit and uh I don't know. As for more weapons, the best gun is probably the ASI High Zapper (note that it doesn't status on regular shots). The best bomb is Cold Snap because Freeze Lock although the other three are okay too. Cold Snap really is dominant though, as it beast Proto in damage and has the best status, not to mention that it's easy to get one with CTR Medium which can be valuable. Lastly, swords. Heavy Hatchet (ASI High), Hammer, Hot Edge and Static Edge because statuses on hit.
