I've tried it for a few matches, hilariously fun and surprisingly effective once you get the rhythm going. I've gotten by with Chaos and Medium CTR UV's on the bombs as long as they're all level 10. If you can get away with it, Voltaic Tempest + Dark Retribution = lol. If you don't want to go pure bomber I suggest taking the Barbarous Thorn Blade/a brandish as a side.

Striker gives a negative CTR Very High. That means you need a full bomber set (Chaos, Mad, Volcanic) just to get back to the CTR medium you would usually have without any bomber armour at all. From this point, you need another CTR Very High in order to max your bomb charge time. I would recommend having at least a medium UV on bombs you plan to use, as you're really going to need at least one heart pendant to make striker bombing viable.
DR should be fast enough with Chaos/Mad. (the set would cancel the striker debuff and you're left with a medium from a max heated bomb)
Bomb focus perk doesn't work, so you'll want trinkets or UVs for the rest.
You can survive with mist bombs defensively, by spamming them in a point, but if you want to rush and charge them up into an enemy's face, more CTR is obligatory.
