Yes. You would be expected to pay higher.
But there's only a small gap say my guess-timate for the D-valk would be 4~5k ce ... Check the AH regularly if you're still unsure about the current value on valkyrie wings.

I think 5kce is too steep for me as only a few days ago, it was 3.6kce and you have raised it to 5k already.
I'm still sticking to my previous offer but if you do not accept it, I will find another seller elsewhere.
