Happy : Storm Prize Boxes can only be obtained by buying CE from the Promo. During the event, no one sold these boxes for less than 3K CE. Now that this promo is over and its not obtainable anymore, prices of these naturally increased from 3K CE to 5-6k CE. Your offer of less than 1k E is plain lowballing. =.=
Kold : Put the b/o for the Storm Prize Box as 6k CE. Im quite certain that not many are willing to pay 7k CE for it. (But as I state before, IF you're lucky) Good luck on selling your items! :)
