Yes. In fact, every Kat can be replaced by one but your chances are insanely slim. I've had 5 on a single depth before so.

The chance of finding a Black Kat on a Candlestick Keep level is around about 13%
So the chance of finding two on the same level would probably be 2% tops

i've run candle stick keep over 30 times and only seen 2 black kats
i know my personal experience may just be back luck
