The Spiral Warden gives away
The Spiral Warden gives away the fedoras right before midnight every saturday. He assigns you an amount of monsters to kill from 10-12PM, and after killing a certain amount, he gives you the "fedora!" He also gives you the "coat" which matches the fedora. I don't know which one you might get, but it seems like the Red one is only given out to people who barely take damage, yet inflict loads of it (e.g. Pros).
That's how I got my sets! Collect 'em all!
Are you talking about this fedora ? If so, then you can't get it anymore unless you buy it from some other player who has one that's unbound. It was a giveaway when you bought $9.95 worth of CE at the beginning of May.
