Actually, the forums go under the forum rules. If you read under the DO NOT section, you'll notice that one rule is the following:
Post spam or other nonsense that disrupts the forum's formatting, functionality, or usability, including quote pyramids or "bump" posts.
I can assure you that if everyone in the community made a new topic every time they made a new video, Eury would be rather sleep deprived by now.
