I would want to know what are the chance that a kat be a black kat in arcade/rank missions.
I would also want to know if being more than one in the party make more chance of encounter a black kat.

Well...
Since this thread have question about Black Kat. So I want to ask some question here so I don't flood the New Recruit Forum.
1. Can we trade Ancient Page Tokens to each other? (I guess not.)
2. Can we change gear during the Margrel Boss Battle? (I'm curios because we fight at the Moorcroft Manor where we can change gear too.)
3. Do Book of Dark Rituals can only be used once?

1. Ancient Pages are tokens. The wiki page "Token" states, correctly I believe, that no tokens can be traded. Also, haven't you found any yet, by doing missions? They're bound, right?
2. Wow, I don't know. The battle is quite difficult and busy. My recommendation is to get advice on gear ahead of time, and to not change gear during battle.
3. Yes. Otherwise the game would be flooded with Black Kat Cowls, right? I'll update the wiki to state this explicitly.

- Ancient pages cannot be traded. However, it's possible to trade kat fetishes, and in the case of someone being incredibly in a rush/lazy, you can unbind kat hats and trade those as well.
- Yes. At least this used to be the case. I remember changing some gear before reviving during one of the fights.
- Yes. Spam life sparks if you must, because there is no greater loss than returning to Haven from a Margel fight.

I don't think we know the percentage. I can't remember its being announced, and I don't recall seeing any detailed, reliable data on it. To obtain such data, someone would have to record exactly how many kats they encountered (which is tedious; few players have the patience) as well as how many black kats they encountered (easy).

It's both. 1% chance of black kat per kat and 1% chance of book per kat.
While I can't verify these numbers to be entirely accurate, they 'feel' right according to my experience.
