Specifically that lockdown one. Like yeah, you've moved it, but it stays on the page anyway so whats the point? You're just rewarding people for posting in the wrong subforum.

I agree. Any threads moved from General Discussion (and only general discussion) shouldn't leave shadow threads. We don't need to know where the thread has gone.

Well, I think that we kind of do need to know where its gone. It should probably leave a shadow thread that doesn't get bumped up ever- that way, it'll slowly drift downward, but will still let people who are like "Where has it gone!?!?" in on the secret, you know?

But instead the thread is basically just in two places! Oh no!

(probably because majority of forum attention is given to certain threads, so shadow copies are a good way to "advertise" said thread)
