If I recall it was 3 Pages on the first couple days. Now it's 4. Was I just really nearsighted and assumed it was the same as last time or did it actually get higher? If so, thanks a lot guys!

You went up a rank. The T2 prestige gives 3 pages and the T1 prestige gives 2.

I'm surprised that there is a T1 mission of it. They don't spawn in T1, do they?

I think that the mission reward has always been 4 pages. But when a black kat spawns randomly, it drops 3 pages. Maybe that's what you were thinking of?
