In July 30, 2013 the patch note contained the next line:
- Some rare monsters now have a chance to drop new items.
Sadly, they didn't added a fully detailed list about the change.
I was waiting for a while then I recognised that they added prisma toup to impostos' drop table and they changed love locket rarity from very rare to rare. Is there anything else accessory which is dropable since the patch? (like ghostly aura from mewkats or anything else)
Impostocube have also been known to drop volcanic toupees and prismatic dappers.
In addition, Love Puppies drop true love trinkets.

I've killed tons of rock jellies while farming kats and they don't drop anything. Remember they are not as rare as the others.
