Just wondering how the ctr on bombs work excatly.

For example, if i have a haze bomb ctr medium, then when i get an ash of agni to lvl 10 with also the medium ctr as bonus, does this give max or very high or high ctr in total?

Cheers

Two Mediums is a Very High,

Two Mediums is a Very High, you would need one more Medium to get a Maximum! Bonus.

Which you can easily obtain from a piece of 5-star Demo armour.

Low = 1 Med = 2 High =

Low = 1
Med = 2
High = 3
VHigh = 4
whatever, never seen it = 5
Max = 6

And all such bonuses are additive.

How to Use

How do I use them? I bought my first bomb at the first camp when starting. They said it only works when you use an charge attack. But I don't see it.

Equip the bomb. Open your

Equip the bomb. Open your arsenal, click the bomb, Equip As Weapon 2.

Go into the Clockworks, switch to your bomb with Spacebar, Mousewheel or whatever you changed it to.

Press and hold the Attack button until you flash.

Let go of the attack button.

Behold the Protobomb's pathetic blast radius!

(The Blast Bomb series is actually good. The Proto Bomb is just disappointing.)

Advanced Training Hall!

I'd recommend testing a new and unfamiliar weapon in the Advanced Training Hall rather than in the clockworks. With a bomb in particular, it's good to be familiar with the charge time and blast radius before you try to use it against monsters.

AS Gigafreak said, the Protobomb will have a small radius. The blast bomb will have a larger one, and that radius will grow each time you upgrade to the next star level. 5* bombs generally have huge radii, allowing them to deal damage to dozens of monsters in each blast.

I remember the big blue

I remember the big blue explosions from the 5* Blast Bomb (Nitronome) having a nickname.

They call it "Blue screen of death." :D (For the players too, since they can't see what's going on among the blue explosions blocking their view! Be careful!)
