I actually had another look at it before you posted and the ear bits looked similar to the Seerus Mask. Although I don't use Spiral Spy...

It's not a seerus mask, I'd rather not spoil anything butttttttttttttttt.....It's a gremlin mask.

Thats why i said "Unused model" of the seerus mask (never confirmed was seerus mask), because you can "Find" such item in the folder of "gremlin" model but telling a lot of where to find or how is spoiling it as well. i didnt wanted to say "gremlin mask model" because you know isnt in game, that screen probably was taken when OOO was working in Mission system as well with OCH thats why you see the "unused" or "unfinished" model of the gremlin mask in that screen, which become later the seerus mask we know now. but since "those masks" area already in the files, and OOO removed the explorer pack maybe they can use such "mask" for a next promo, but who know i honestly find so "simple the front" of such mask.

Three Rings has several
Three Rings has several pieces of equipment that are unreleased to the public. Some of which only Developers use, others just never quite made the cut to end up in game.
The one we are looking at is a Gremlin helm more likely used by the Devs as it ended up in an official screenshot.
Several items that never made the cut include:
Gremlin Mask
Authentic Gremlin Mask (more accurate, similar to the love puppy and trojan masks)
Trojan Mask (horse head that is more steel-looking. Developer 'Crazyoddbaa' was seen with it)
Deep Sea armor set (From beta, never made it to game. Valkyrie set themed to Fish.)
Mushroom hats
Mewkat hats (Looks different than the kat hoods we see today and come in different styles)
Densa & Rendon's Armor Sets (Seen used by devs, specifically 'Geordie'. Shields included.)
Green Scale Mail (Unsure if it was ever used? I could be wrong)
Armor Recolors (Like the past promos for Hallow and Frosty, OOO actually made a item recolor for every single style in game, including themes like Shadow, Curse, Lovely ect. Who knows what will be released as time goes on.)
There are a few more than this on file, but they appear to be specifically for Devs and we are unlikely to ever see them. Such as Dev_Deadzone - the Three Rings shield seen on Developers.

well looks like one of the unused models of the Seerus Mask, try looking with spiral spy "Seerus Mask" and you will find it.
