I want to get myself a sealed sword and an antigua. So what weapon is the best when it comes to killing jellies VERY QUICKLY as I only have a limited amount of time to play computer each day?

I currently have tempered calibur, wolver cap, dusker coat, owlite shield, fiery vaporizer and cryotech alchemer MK II. Are they good against both normal jellies and JK? I also have a brandish, cutter, flourish(I know this one doesn't work well on jellies) and toxic vaporizer in stock.

Get a vile striker at least.

Get a vile striker at least. It's both better than the normal striker and it can poison enemies.

The calibur line is a good

The calibur line is a good all around weapon. While it isn't specialized in killing jellies, it can do so effectively. Armor and shields have no real effect on your effectiveness at killing jellies. Your fiery vaporizer will be able to keep them burning, so that's good, and cryotech is never a bad weapon.

I would recommend that you get a shadow weapon, however, and seeing as you would like to get a sealed sword then the Faust line would be ideal. You can also choose to pick up weapons in the nightblade line.

My current setup for JK runs from 9-17 is divine avenger, gran faust, dread venom striker. I have a 4th slot that I have plans to put an ash of agni into; previously I had filled with a shivermist.

The Royal Jelly is extremely

The Royal Jelly is extremely gun-unfriendly. His minions will block your line of fire trying to swarm you, and you won't be able to out-damage his regeneration with a gun. Many of the better guns are partly or wholly Piercing-based, leaving you with the Pepperbox, Blaster, or Alchemer lines. Plus there is no gun that inflicts Poison, so you can't even whittle him down by preventing his regeneration. (And three poison vials will simply not last long enough for you to gun him down.)

Gunslinging can work on Vanaduke, but not on the Royal Jelly. He regenerates as fast as you can shoot him, and you have to stop to reload-- during which the regeneration can get ahead of your damage.

My friend wanted to go pure-guns and... he got kicked from a party midfight against the Royal Jelly because he simply wasn't able to contribute to the fight. Since enemy health scales with player count, he was holding the party back just by showing up.

If you want to solo him, you'll need a hard-hitting sword (Nightblade series, Calibur series, Faust), or a weapon that can Poison (Vile Striker, Toxic Atomizer). If you want to go at him with a group, you can replace the poison with the Graviton Bomb or Freezing Atomizer to keep the minions away from your teammates.

well...

it's not really that hard, if you want to save time forget killing jk fast, go for beating the early levels fast. gettting a faust line or nightblade line weapon will make the early levels of jelly palace much faster. If you have 3-4 weapon slots I would recommend an elemental sword for the constructs, shadow sword for jellys and a vile striker/dvs for jk himself. There are no switches that need a gun and explosive boxes can safely be detonated by a swing from the sealed sword line.
