I doubt that player who just reached Knight-rank can beat Darkfire. It's more likely "Your friend got Tier 3 Clearance" but screwed up somewhere somehow
it's a bug that happens when they beat Darkfire Vanaduke, it tries to give them access to SL Tier 4 but since there's no such thing it shows that error instead.
