And? My method is more efficient, barring a gate in T2/3 with multiple Candlestick Keeps right out of the gate without any other levels. An undead gate does not guarantee Kat spawns, it just narrows it down to Undead and Fiends.

Well, but right now there's a perfectly fine Candlestick Keep in one Arcade gate. Depends on preferences.

What's wrong with offering alternatives as an option? Its like someone asking if they should make the jelly armour from rjp or the quicksilver set from rt for piercing defence to complement their sword set.

I've run Alone in the Dark like 10 times now and never got a single black kat spawn...

Undead stratums are not the ONLY place Black Kats spawn. Black Kats spawn ANYWHERE a kat would normally spawn. Right now Stratum 5 of Sapphire Clover is the best because in that fiend stratum kats spawn on EVERY floor. I tried to build that fiend stratum and undead 6 gate last event but all the noobs wasted my efforts and kept forcing undead 5. Had they allowed me to build the gate ALL of Tier 3 would have had kats on every floor. Would have done again but of course the Freeze retards keep forcing stratum 6 freeze so no go there. Stratum 5 fiend was the best i could do. 4 levels all the way to terminal nothing but guarenteed kats and some fiends. Also a nice arena just before terminal.
If you look at each gate you'll see what levels are included. You'll want to pick the gate with the most Undead Levels (But Don't let Firestorm Citadel count because that has no Kats whatsoever). So keep that in mind.
