EoS sent them a cake, it was quite an interesting story to read, but they didn't actually tour the place, they just called a nearby cake shop, and by pure chance they called to cake shop where someones wife or girlfriend (Ian's I think, not so sure) worked, which made everything easier.
Yes, and it turns out he really is an Impostocube.
