We've seen it with Minecraft and World of Tanks, why not SK too? Not sure if this has been suggested, but I would love to play this on my Xbox, how about you guys?
SK on Xbox 360?
STEP 1: Buy an Xbox 360 Controller
STEP 2: Plug it into your PC
STEP 3: Run Spiral Knights
STEP 4: Play the game with your 360 Controller.
We don't need to copy any and every game on the internet. TF2 didn't, why should we?
Minecraft had to be redesigned in C++ to work on Xbox360.
They aren't compatible with each other and lacks latest updates.
Spiral Knights, as a MMO done in java, can't do that.
ok lets say... it will be out for consels
ah will be anoying
friend/guild/pvp menu will be bad
anyway what will they get?? nothing
makeing a game for the xbox/ps3 that is made with java will only take money and you know how much ooo love money
and minecraft??? its the worst example ever
no plugins/old builds/looking around is anoying/no mods/not texture packs/paid skins
minecraft for xbox is in one word SUCK
so sk will never be on xbox
and if you want to play it with xbox controller it isnt a prob
im playing it with ps3 controller sometimes and i hate to use it
Just connect your PC to a TV if you want a big screen. The HDMI is really simple to use. All you need to do is plug it in, possibly change sound output device, and switch to the correct source for the TV. Also what Glacies said.
Just...no....Xbox is full of 8 year old Call of Duty Fanboys. Plus how would OOO make a profit out of this? It will also suck compared to PC.
Xbox < PC/Mac
I'd pick PC/Mac any day of the week.
P.S I dislike Microsoft, but that's not a part of the reason why I dislike the Idea.
If SK on Xbox is used like an arcade game, it could be just a couple of dollars to buy. That way OOO could get their money. Also, it would add popularity to the game, because I know plenty of people who want to play, but have very limited access to computers. I will suggest the hook-up to computer thing, though. It may not be the best idea now, but at least it's out there. I'm sure that the minds of OOO and Sega will be able to figure something out. If it doesn't work, then we know, but it could be something big.
1+ million players/users isn't that big if you remember people make alts.
