Green Treasure Boxes dropping normal Hearts

I presume this is a bug because since day of of Steam Launch I have never seen a Heart drop from a Green Treasure Box.

Short loot history after 30

Short loot history after 30 july update.
Added rarities -> removed vitapod from monsters
Added vitapods -> vials from heart boxes
Removed vials from heart boxes -> some boxes became empty
Filled boxes -> hearts from green boxes
