When you're on your other accounts and what-not, do you prefer to run with random people whom you've never met? Or do you prefer running with Friends you actually know. Be it Online or Locally?

I'm wondering if GM's are prohibited from making friends on their civilian accounts.
I personally almost never send friend requests, only accept them. So I guess I wouldn't have any GM alt friends, since I would assume that they don't send them either.
