Battle Sprite sale

The announcement regarding the sale says:

"You can now complete your collection of battle sprites through the Supply Depot!".

Is that supposed to mean that I can now own all the three types of sprites, and switch between them if I want to?

(I'm just not sure that I got the information correctly.)
