What missions give most forge and grim sparks?

I'm in rank 5-2 and I did Jelly King quest 5 times and got only primal sparks.

You get sparks based on the level theme. Undead and fiend levels tend to drop Grim Sparks. Construct and Gremlin levels tend to drop Forge sparks. Status probably has an influence as well, but I don't know those off-hand.

also it's been mixed up recently
Recently it seems that the sparks have been getting mixed up a lot. I've gotten grim sparks in deconstruction zones, for example. Maybe a bug. But Traevelliath's advice is traditionally correct.
Sunnythehell , is there some reason why you're interested only in grim and forge sparks?

Yes, you get sparks based on the level theme.
Fire - Forge (why vana drops forge sparks)
Freeze - Primal
Poison - Grim
Shock - Forge
Beast - Primal
Construct - Forge
Fiend - Grim
Gremlin - Forge
Slime - Primal
Undead - Grim

The guild Lancer Knightz collects data on the total number of sparks, just because they increase the total payout of a mission (if you sell them effectively for 100 crowns each):

They don't break their data down by spark type (Forge vs. Grim vs. Primal). But you can see that Legion of Almire gives tons of sparks, and I happen to know that almost all of them are Grim. And King of Ashes gives good sparks, many of which are Grim, I think. And Sovereign Slime gives good sparks, but most of those are Primal, and hence not interesting to you?
