I occasionally start to get Silver Health Point's but I don't know what they actually mean. The most amount of health you can have is 63 bars. How many Golden HP points can you get?

63 Health?
You sure that "The most you can get is 63 bars"?
Base health (5) + Ancient Plate set (+16 health) + Penta-Heart Pendant X 2 (+12 health) + Scarlet Shield (+2 health),
+ "Healthy Boost" perk from your Battle Sprite (+6 health) + Vitapod+30 = Max health 71.

Vitapod +30 is unrealistically hard to get (take a screenshot of it when you find it). 21 is the one that you'll get on SL.
If the game tried to draw 63 red bars, they would cover your screen and you wouldn't see anything.
So they decided to draw bars on top of bars. One silver would mean 2 reds. 1 gold is 3 reds.
