I just recently encountered a party where the party leader went away from the keyboard for a lengthy period of time. Everyone in the party tried to use the "Go Solo" function, but the function would not respond properly and we were stuck in party until he came back after several minutes.
I don't know if this was intended by the most recent patch or it was just a freak occurrence.
I was in a depth 7 "Deconstruction Zone: Circuit Breakers" level when the bug happened.
Is anyone else also having this problem?
Yes it happened to me. I went solo off a party then someone joined and I was not able to kick them or go solo. A GM joined my game and was not able to remove them from the party or go solo either.
